A different strap for each situation
Our client wanted to showcase the ease of changing the straps of their watch, in a travel themed promotional film. We proposed different storyboards matching their vision, and we agreed to go with a single shot animation, with seamless 3D transitions. We used our skills in 3D animations to create elegant changes between the different straps.
3D sequence shot
We conveive our 3D film as a one-shot sequence, with the camera flying around the product and the scenes in one take. The result is a continuous camera movement around the product that evolves with the different environments.
3D Watch modeling
Based on the provided technical files, we used Zbrush to sculpt all the details that make a 3D render more realistic, like the little bevel imperfections on each edges.
We hand-crafted all the 3D materials and textures of the watch, to match the high level of details of the watch in its metal finitions.
Storyboard Concepts
Using an hybrid mix of 3D and traditionnal 2D drawings, we created elegant frames to pitch our ideas through our storyboards.
